Diane McSpiritt is now available to mediate Residential Foreclosures in accordance with the Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC09-54. Ms. McSpiritt has the required certifications, completed all required training, and has participated as a foreclosure mediation expert during ADR Services Residential Foreclosure Mediation Training program. She has been selected by numerous managed mediation firms to provide forclosure mediation services in multiple Court Circuits around Florida.
Ms. McSpiritt also mediates pre-suit foreclosure cases as well as cases that fall outside the Administrative Order timelines.
